We will do our best to ship your order on the day your order is received. If your selection is temporarily not in stock, we will contact you right away to discuss options. You will be notified of the status of your order and when your purchase is on its way.

Duties & Taxes

If you are purchasing within Canada, taxes applicable to your province will be charged upon checkout. If purchasing additional items, i.e. Pong Cup Set or other sundry items, on same order as table those additional items will ship at no charge.

If you are purchasing from outside of Canada, any applicable taxes, duties and broker fees will be charged at customs upon arriving to the destination country.  


Canadian Pong warrants that all products will be in new condition and free from defect. Canadian Pong is not responsible for damages in shipping.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any product from Canadian Pong simply email us at and put “Return of Product” in the Subject line. You can also call us directly at 416.271.9782. We will then contact you with a brief Return Authorization Form to fill out and include with your return. You can return an opened or unopened product as long as it is within 60 days of the original purchase date. You must return the item(s) to us. We will then arrange the appropriate refund, replacement. Returned items must return in original packaging and in new condition, refunds will be provided at the full discretion of Canadian Pong. Returned items will be assessed a $25 restocking fee.

Changes To The Privacy Policy

We recommend that you review this Privacy Policy periodically, as Stella’s Place reserves the right to change its provisions at any time. If we decide to change provisions of our Privacy Policy, we will post the changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it. Your continued use following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will mean you accept these changes.

Also, we recommend using a shipping method that assigns step-by-step tracking to your package when returning the item to our warehouses. We will make sure the replacement item is shipped to you in a timely manner of receiving the original item back at our warehouse. We will also email you with a shipping confirmation. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or damaged in transit.
